Work of Co has three memberships with fixed monthly prices, all excl. VAT: Flexi Membership €275 per month (a flexible seat in all shared workspaces, 24/7 access, 5 meeting room credits per month), Fixed €325 per month (everything in Flexi Membership plus your own dedicated desk and 6 meeting room credits per month) and Dreamer €169 per month (access from 18:00 to 06:00, shared communal workspaces, 3 meeting room credits per month). Private offices cost €1,390 per month for 4 people and €2,690 per month for 8 people. A membership renews monthly until you cancel, with a notice period of one calendar month. What are the opening hours of Work of Co?

Members with 24/7 access come and go as they please. On a day pass: every day from 09:00 to 23:00, weekends included. Without a membership and without a day pass, for example on a tour or during a trial day: weekdays 09:00 to 18:00, weekends 09:00 to 12:00. Public holidays and closing days are announced in advance.

Can I work at Work of Co for just one day?

Yes. A day pass costs €25 excl. VAT and gives you a day of work with no commitment: a shared communal workspace, garden and lounge access, coffee, water and tea, Wi-Fi and the chance to join a movement session if one is scheduled that day. Day pass access runs every day from 09:00 to 23:00. You book and pay online at https://www.workofco.eu/flexible-access and choose your day yourself, within thirty days of purchase. The €25 is deductible from your first membership month.

Is there a free trial day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A trial day is free and comes with no strings, once per person. You get a full day during staffed hours with a tour of all spaces, a shared communal workspace, garden and lounge access and the option to join a movement session if one is scheduled that day. Book it at https://www.workofco.eu/trial-day with your name, email address and phone number, a date and an arrival time between 9:00 and 17:00; the booking is confirmed by email.

Can I rent a meeting room at Work of Co?

Accepted Answer

Yes, meeting rooms are rented by the hour, also without a membership: the small room for 4 people costs €20 per hour and the large room for 6 people €30 per hour, excl. VAT, every additional hour at the same rate. Coffee, water and tea are included and a screen and whiteboard are available. Members book with their monthly credits through the Member Dashboard: each credit is worth €10, the small room costs 2 credits per hour and the large room 3 credits per hour. Additional credits can be purchased via the dashboard.

Work of Co is operated by House of Co (VAT BE 0650.856.637, Bosdreef 9, 2390 Malle, Belgium). It was founded by Pim Smet, founder of House of Co, and opened on 29 May 2026 as Antwerp's first boutique coworking space; Karlien Van Cutsem, founder of The Confidence Club, joined as co-founder.

Shared workspaces (the Zen Zone), meeting rooms, a lounge area, a private courtyard garden with a pool and a movement space for the weekly movement sessions and meditation and recovery sessions. Amenities: 24/7 access for members, specialty coffee and tea, Wi-Fi, print and scan, bike storage, shower facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with fridges, freezers and an ice machine, event access and a rooftop terrace. Every membership includes monthly meeting room credits, movement sessions, community events and entrepreneurship events, talks and workshops.
