Open Seats
Work wherever suits you that day. Our open seats aren't assigned: you pick your spot each morning in the shared areas, among people working on things as varied as your own.
Fixed Seats
A permanent spot that stays yours. Leave your monitor, your papers and your plants where they are, and sit beside the same people each day. That is where a network quietly builds itself.
Lounge Areas
Couches, a chess board and spots to do nothing at all. Rest your mind over a drink, let your thoughts settle and start fresh afterwards. There is a coffee machine and tea, and bringing your own drink is just as welcome.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is where everyone runs into each other. Fully equipped, with a long table used as readily for lunch as for a meeting. The conversations that start here are rarely the scheduled ones.
The Garden
Our private courtyard garden offers a serene environment for taking phone calls, breathing fresh air, or working al fresco amidst lush greenery, with the option of taking a dive in the pool.

Two different rooms for teams of up to four. Each with its own character: one lighter and pared back, the other warmer and richer in texture. Both lockable, with private storage and full access to everything beyond the door.
Private Office · 8 people
Our largest private office, looking out over the greenery with light that shifts through the day. Space for eight, a meeting table of your own, and a door you can close when you need to.
Meeting Rooms
Intimate conference and board spaces detailed in dark walnut and soft ambient lighting. Outfitted with high-fidelity screens and presentation tech.
