Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of this site and to everything you book through it: a trial day, a day pass, a membership or a seat at an event. They're kept short and say what applies.
Last updated: August 2026
Who you're dealing with
Work of Co is operated by House of Co, registered at Bosdreef 9, 2390 Malle, Belgium, company number BE 0650.856.637 and VAT number BE 0650.856.637. The space is at Lange van Sterbeeckstraat 27, 2060 Antwerp, Belgium. Reach us at info@workofco.com or +32 456 36 06 80.
A trial day is free
A trial day costs nothing. You fill in the form with your name, email address and phone number, pick a day and an arrival time between 9:00 and 17:00, and we confirm by email. Your request only becomes a booking once that confirmation arrives — submitting the form doesn't reserve anything by itself. A trial day is personal and non-transferable, and you get one trial day per person. If you can't make it, let us know; we'd rather move it than keep a chair empty.
Day pass
A day pass costs €25 excluding VAT and gives you access for one day during day-pass opening hours. You pay online when you book. You choose when to come, as long as that's within thirty days of purchase; after that the pass expires. A day pass can't be handed on.
Memberships
A membership starts once it's confirmed and paid, and renews monthly until you cancel. The notice period is one calendar month and you cancel by email or by registered letter. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page; those amounts are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise there. A membership is personal: you don't share your access.
Events and tickets
You can reserve a spot at an event through the site. Paid ticket sales aren't connected yet: starting a payment currently fails with an error — that's a missing piece, not a breakdown. For now your reservation and ticket code are stored in your own browser; clear your site data and the code is gone, in which case we'll sort you out at the door with your name. When an event is full, reservations count in the order they came in.
Prices and paying
The prices on the site are the ones that apply at the moment you book. Where VAT applies, the plan or product states whether the amount includes it. Payments run through Stripe, by card or Bancontact; we never see your card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until it's settled.
Cancelling and moving things
A reserved room or a seat at an event can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; after that we may charge for it. A trial day can always be moved, just let us know. A day pass isn't cancelled or refunded: you pick your own day within thirty days, so there's no date to move. If you're a consumer buying a service online that takes place on an agreed date, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply: [[ herroepingsbeleid, artikel VI.53 Wetboek van economisch recht ]].
Access and house rules
You're a guest among other people who are working. So: take calls where calls are taken, leave the space as you found it, and be decent to whoever else is in the room. Don't bring guests without asking. In case of repeated or serious misbehaviour we may refuse or withdraw access; what happens to a running membership in that case is set out in [[ beleid bij uitsluiting ]].
Opening hours
Members with 24/7 access come and go as they please. On a day pass: every day from 09:00 to 23:00, weekends included. Without a membership and without a day pass — on a tour, say, or during a trial day: weekdays 09:00 to 18:00, weekends 09:00 to 12:00. Public holidays and closing days are announced in advance.
Your belongings
We do what we can to keep the place safe, but we're not a cloakroom: laptops, bikes and coats stay your responsibility. We're not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except in case of fraud or gross negligence by us or by people working for us.
Liability
Our liability for damage arising from a booking or a membership is limited to the amount you paid for that service — except in case of intent, gross negligence, or harm to life or health, which can never be contractually excluded. We don't compensate indirect damage such as lost revenue or missed work. If the internet drops or the power goes out, we fix it as fast as we can, but that doesn't create a right to compensation.
The website itself
The text, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Work of Co or to whoever made them. Don't reuse them without asking. We try to keep everything accurate, but a typo in a price or an opening hour creates no rights: what's in your confirmation is what counts.
Privacy
What happens to your data is set out in our privacy policy. The short version: no trackers, no analytics, and no cookies from us.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first, at info@workofco.com — most things are solved with one email. If we can't work it out, as a consumer you can go free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst, consumentenombudsdienst.be). Belgian law applies to these terms and the courts of [[ bevoegd gerechtelijk arrondissement ]] have jurisdiction, though a consumer can always go to the court where they live.
Changes
We may adjust these terms. For running memberships we'll email you about important changes in advance, so you can cancel if you don't agree. For a one-off booking, the terms as they stood when you booked are the ones that apply.
